Schema Compare | General | "Ignore..." options do not take effect in the first run of Schema Comp -
Description
In Tools | Options | Schema Compare | SQL Server | General options screen, one or more of the "Ignore" checkboxes are checked. However, when the compare is executed, compare results still shows the differences that are supposed to be ignored.

Resolution
WORKAROUND:
1. Run the comparison without any of the Ignore options checked and leave the results screen open.
2. Go back to options in Tools | Options | Schema Compare | General and check the desired Ignore options. Once the compare is regenerated, the Ignore options will take effect.
STATUS:
Waiting for fix in a future release of Toad for SQL Server. -
