WORKAROUND #1:
1) Make sure the product is closed.
2) Right-click on the shortcut or .exe file you are using to launch the product and select Properties.
3) In the Compatibility tab, click the 'Change high DPI settings' button.
4) Check the 'Override high DPI scaling behavior' option and make sure 'Scaling performed by' is set to Application.
WORKAROUND #2:
1) Right-click on the desktop and select Display Settings.
2) Adjust the 'Scale and Layout' settings, like 'Change the size of text, apps, and other items' and/or 'Display Resolution' to see if a different combination resolves the issue.
Toad supports screen resolutions up to 3200 x 1800 and display DPI settings up to 150%. It can work at higher resolutions, but please restart the machine and then try launching on the preferred monitor, as Toad remembers the resolution and DPI settings from the previous time it was run.
