Description
When launching SQL Server Management Studios (SSMS), the following error is returned."The Add-in 'Dell Toad Add-in' failed to load or caused an exception."If the user clicks 'No', it takes them into SSMS.If they clicks Yes, then they get an error saying, "Could not rename Add-in file "C:\ProgramData\Application Data\Microsoft\MSEnvShared\Addins\Dell.ToadSSMSAddin2012.Addin'". When they click OK to this, it takes them into SSMS.
