The support bundle can be found in C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Quest Software\Toad for SQL Server x.x, where x.x is ther version of Toad.
By default, the AppData folder is a hidden folder. If you do not see it, go to your Windows start menu and search Folder Options. Then, in the View tab, select 'Show hidden files, folders, and drives'. This should make the AppData folder visible to you and allow you to get to the support bundle.
