Script Timestamp Changes When Object Is Viewed, not when modified. -
Description
In the Programmability and Views section, when an object is selected for viewing, not update, the timestamp for the script date always updates to the time that the object is selected for viewing. This is evident by selecting the Script tab of the selected object. This occurs with views, procedures and functions, and perhaps other objects. Perhaps this is by design, but if so, this type of behavior doesn't provide an accurate timestamp of when the object was actually compiled.
