Getting "0.0% relative to batch" message when getting Query Plan for 'exec procname'
Description
Unable to get Query Plan for executed Stored Procedure. When clicking on the SQL Plan tab, it simply states:
"0.0% relative to batch" and no plan is displayed

Additional Information
"0.0% relative to batch" should not be displayed for Toad for Sybase. This is only relevant to other Toad db platforms. Defect ID TSY-30 has been raised specifically to address the SQL Plan not displaying.
