Error, Attempt to insert NULL into work table column fails while using native Sybase ASE connection
a.) Using the native SAP ASE connection, clicking on the Object Explorer -> Tables -> (column_name) -> produces the following error:
Sybase Database Error: Attempt to insert NULL value into column 21 in work table (table id -xxxxxxxx); column does not allow NULLS. UPDATE fails.b. Right-Clicking on the Table -> Generate SQL -> Select Statement -> To Editor Produces the following:-- Toad Data Point can't find columns. The object may be invalid or a type that is not supported.Using ODBC Generic connection to Sybase server both (a) and (b) behave as expected. Columns show correctly and the proper select statement is generated -

WORKAROUND:NoneSTATUS:Fixed in version 3.1.1 of Toad for SAP Solutions. -
