How to add server DB names to the Database Browser list? (88483)

I have added some entries to my tnsnames.ora, but I don't see them in the Server list.

1. How to update the list with the changes?
2. How do I add direct connection entries to the browser list?

1. If you have added new entries to your tnsnames.ora file you can create a new db browser file by rescanning the tnsnames.ora. To do this:
Click the Open Folder button | 'New Database Browser File (Reload from tnsnames)' (see attached screenshot)

2. If you simply want to augment the current Database Browser file with new Servers and/or databases you can click the New Server button and/or the New Database button (see attached screenshot)
