"Invalid version string" error during install. Parser error on launch "Unable to find QP5Proc16 e -
Description
While installing Toad a user comes acrosee "Invalid version string: <2.30.0117U>".
After working through the error and installing, on launch he gets various parser error:
"Unable to load from path"
"Unable to find QP5Proc16 entry point"
"Parser DLL Not Found"
"Access violation at address 01B8DD1B in module 'Toad.exe'. Read of address 00000280"
Previous install of Toad 10.6 doesn't have any issues.

Resolution
Troubleshooting Tips:
1. Check to ensure your Windows User has Administrator Rights
2. Uninstall and clean up previous versions.
3. Verify other directories are cleaned up (i.e app data for Toad and for QP5, and installation directory)
4. Download Toad for Oracle again at https://support.quest.com
