Query with dblink error: "ORA-02019: connection description for remote database not found." -
Description
After upgrading from Toad for Oracle 10.6.1 to version 11, a query using database links fails with the following error:
ORA-02019: connection description for remote database not found.

Cause
Current schema selected is not the owner of the private database link.

Resolution
From the schema dropdown, select the owner of the database link and rerun the query.
