When sending an email in the Automation Designer, the following message appears:
'161: SMTP protocol error. 501 syntax error' -
Resolution
RESOLUTION 1:
Ensure that a valid email address is in the 'From' field.RESOLUTION 2:
If there is more than one email address in the 'To' or 'CC' field, ensure that they are separated by a comma, not a semi-colon.
