Objects within Package Body or Spec are not sorted alphabetically in Schema Browser (66651)

My package contains multiple procedures and functions in the Spec and Package Body, but they are not sorted alphabetically. I do not see an option on the Schema Browser to sort it alphabetically.

Toad For Oracle 10.6

1) Go to View | Toad Options | Schema Browser - Right Hand Side
2) Check the option "Sort package procedures"
3) Click Apply and OK.
4) Refresh the Schema Browser and the objects will be sorted.

Toad For Oracle 11

1) Double click a package in the Schema Browser
2) Once the package has been opened go to the Navigator window and right click
3) Select "Sort and Group option
4) Come back to the Schema Browser and refresh

Toad For Oracle 12.7

1) Double click a package in the Schema Browser
2) Once the package has been opened go to the Navigator window and right click
3) Check "Sort PL/SQL elements"
4) Come back to the Schema Browser and refresh
