Is it possible to control processor (CPU) affinity in Toad?

Resolution
There is currently no setting in Toad to control which processor on a multiprocessor box Toad should run on. This can be changed manually, however, by setting the affinity for the toad.exe within Task Manager.
i.e. In Task Manager | Processes | right-click the 'toad.exe' process | Set Affinity
