Description
On launch of Toad the following error appears:
Project file error in line # 1: quest;2,project_ file_name, FALSE,
Followed by the message:# 1: quest;2 is not a valid integer value
When TOAD opens, the Project Manager panel shows: ... load error .
After these messages, TOAD is functional.
