Instance Manager does not alphabetize and does not show all the instance names in TNSNames file. -
Description
The TNSNames.ORA file was modified and some instances were added and removed. Opening a new Instance Manager window does not reflect the changes made to the TNSNames file. Also, the instance names do not appear in alphabetical order at times.
