Executing SQL Scripts via SQL*Plus in Project Manager doesn't launch SQL*Plus -
Description
In Toad 17 when you associate .sql files to open in SQL*Plus in the Project Manager settings, SQL*Plus doesn't open or run the file when it is dragged and dropped onto a Schema connection, also in the same project.
In Toad 13.2 this does work as expected.
