Whole error message is not shown when tables have long names
Description
If you first enable a Toad theme in the View | Toad Options | Color Schemes setting, then create or use an existing table with a very long name and a long column name inside it, and ensure the column is Not Null, when you try to enter a Null entry in the column, the Oracle error which shows up, doesn't include the full table and column name, and it is cut off.
This doesn't happen with the regular default theme of Toad, but is apparent in the darker themes.
Steps Taken to replicate: 1. Have a table with a long name and long column name which is Not Null 2. Go to View | Toad Options | Color Schemes setting and enable a darker theme 3. In the Schema Browser, enter a null entry into the long table/column name, and the table & column name in the error is cut off. This doesn't happen with the default theme
