Formatter does not work whenever the IN(...) clause contains something that is formatted to more than one line

Description

After migrating to 16.1, this code is no longer formatted

BEGIN
    FOR rec IN (SELECT t1.*
                  FROM   import_csv t1 
               )
    LOOP
        NULL;
    END LOOP;
END;

Cause

Formatter does not format whenever the option 'Spacing | Newlines | Position DO/LOOP on the same line' is set.
This only happens whenever the IN(...) clause contains something that is formatted to more than one line.

Issue fixed in version 16.2. The latest version of Toad for Oracle can be downloaded here
