When scrolling through the code of a package body, the scroll bar would only scroll the top two lines. The rest of the text sat still.
Perform the following to resolve this issue
1) Exit Toad.
2) Locate the Toad.ini and Desktops.xml files. These files are located in your C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle\User Files directory.
3) Rename these files to Toad.ini.old and Desktop.xml.old
4) Re-launch the Toad application to retest the problem.
