How to set up e-mail for Instance Manager (4337516)

While setting up e-mail for Instance Manager the following errors may come up if it is not set up correctly-
Mail Error: Toad E-mail settings have not been completely configured.
The following field must have values: SMTP Server , port, From Address, and at least one of the following; To, CC, or BCC Address.

Perform the following to resolve this issue

Select View | options | "E-mail setting " to complete E-mail settings
a. Global settings SMTP Server = e-mail server
b. Usersname = 'e-mail user name '
c. Password = ' your password '
d. Port= 25
e. Windows = Instance Manager (Highlight it)
f. CC - Fill in the target e-mail example : user1@xyz.com (Must have at least one in hear)
