The output file names in Database | Export | Generate Schema Script are only in uppercase. Can they be in lowercase?

To see this, please follow the steps below:

1. Go to Database | Export | Generate Schema Script.
2. Click the 'Source and Output' tab  in the Generate Schema Script window to select the source and output options for your schema script.
3. Check 'Create Individual Object DDL Files' option.
4.  Select 'Use file extension defined in Toad Options'.
5. Check the output files names: They are in uppercase.
