Cannot get "select * from " (with the space in the end) with Code Templates (4333728)

Code templates works different in 10.5 and in posterior versions.
It is impossible to get the output "select * from " (note the space in the end).

To reproduce this behavior please follow the steps below:
1) Go to View | Toad Options | Editor | Code Templates
2) Create a code template "test" like this : select * from |
3) Go to SQL editor, type test and click control+space:

In toad 10.5 the result is "select * from " (notice the blank after the from)

In Toad 10.6 and 11 the result is "select * from |" and it is impossible to get the expected result.
