After login to a database, the Toad Window does not appear -
Description
After starting Toad, the server Login dialog is displayed, however, after logging into a database the Application Window does not appear. If I right click on the Toad icon on the status bar, the only options are to minimize or close the window. I cannot restore (this is disabled), maximize, move and size are not in the list.
