Description

When trying CodeXpert from command line, it connects to the database, but when the 'preparing for scan' message appears, a popup windows says:
"Access violation at address 00FFEA33 in module 'toad.exe'. Read of address 00000008 and the tool does not move on, it must be cancelled."
Resolution

WORKAROUND:
Try using CodeXpert via GUI.

STATUS:
Waiting for fix in a future release of Toad for Oracle.
