Description
Within Schema browser when attempting to open "Single Record Viewer" this error message appears:
Access violation at address 0223DD06 in module 'Toad.exe'. Read of address 00000008. -
Resolution
WORKAROUND 1
Go to the View | Toad Options | Schema Browser | Data Tab and uncheck the second checkbox "Set focus to grid after selecting table, view, or materialized view". (If it is already unchecked, then check it - Apply, then uncheck)
WORKAROUND 2
Upgrade to the latest version of Toad for Oracle. The latest version can be downloaded here.
