Toad for Oracle Freeze on Oracle 9.2.0.4
Description

Toad freezes when trying to generate scripts for databases .This problem only occurs in the Oracle version 9.2.0.4.
Resolution

Please make sure that 'SELECT ANY DICTIONARY' and 'SELECT ANY TABLE' are granted to the 'DBA' role. Also, go to View menu | Toad Options | Startup | check mark “Check for access to DBA views".
