Unable to reach quest support page "Host Not Found" -
Description
The Quest support page can't be reached with a machine. Although a proxy-server isn't used , the error message: "Page can not be shown. Host not found" is shown.

Resolution
This could be a proxy-problem, but if a proxy is not being used, try to ADD the ip addresses:
12.106.87.24support.quest.com
12.106.87.32www.quest.com
... with a text editor to the local hosts file, generally found at:C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
... (exactly as written in the two lines above), then it should be possible to reach the Quest support page.(To lookup the correct ip addresses you can for example use: http://www.zoneedit.com/lookup.html)
