DATETIMEFROMSTRING function in Expression Builder of Import Table Data produces invalid results -
Description
When using the Expression Builder on a Date Field when loading a CSV file, the DATETIMEFROMSTRING function frequently produces a date much different than what is represented in the source CSV file. For instance, 6/5/2017 becomes 2/5/2017 and 2/24/2017 becomes 12/30/1899.
