Description
In previous versions of Toad I was able to create and schedule a Health Check with no issues. Im now using App Designer and have recreated the Health Check task. I run the Health Check and it prompts me for the username and password. The Health Check runs successfully. Cause
App Designer looks at the logins and passwords from the Server Login Window, and if the option to save passwords is unchecked, then the Health Check will fail.

Resolution
WORKAROUND:
Ensure that Save Passwords is checked in the Server Login Window
