Import Table Data process slows down when Toad window has focus. -
Description
Import Table Data performance is slow when Toad window has focus. I am seeing a much slower import time from Import Table Data when the cursor is in the Toad window. If the focus is moved out of Toad i.e. to the desktop, the import speeds up. This does not happen in Toad 9.7.2.
