Refresh Groups (Materialized views) Next date change displays "No Changes have been made" -
Description
In Schema Browser | Refresh Groups, if you make a change to the 'Next Date' field by pasting in a new value, then Toad doesn't see that as a change and displays the message "No changes have been made" when you click the OK button
If you select a date from the picklist [...] that's picked up ok and you can click OK but pasting directly in doesn't see a change.
