In Schema Browser | Refresh Groups, if you make a change to the 'Next Date' field by pasting in a new value, then Toad doesn't see that as a change and displays the message "No changes have been made" when you click the OK button
If you select a date from the picklist [...] that's picked up ok and you can click OK but pasting directly in doesn't see a change.
WORKAROUND
Check/uncheck 'Broken' which will flag that a change has been made on the screen. The date change will then be picked up.
