In Schema Browser | View | Alter View
Highlight the entire SQL
click on the yellow right arrow buttons to format code.Results in an Access Violation:
"Access violation at address 00972448 in module 'Toad.exe'. Read of address 00000030."
If code is not highlighted the format will work.

WORKAROUND:
Do not highlight the code.
STATUS:
