'Switch to Group' pick list does not contain 'CANCEL_SQL' when altering a resource plan
Description

In the Schema Browser | Resource Plan | Alter Resource Plan | Group Switching tab, when trying to change the 'Switch to Group' for a group to 'CANCEL_SQL', this is not displayed in the drop down pick list. This is a valid option to cancel the sql statement after the execution time is reached.
