Cannot Close Alter View window with Team Coding (4303403)

When I alter a view in my schema with Team Coding enabled, I'm able to check it out and edit it. When I try to check it in using the toolbar, the check in button is disabled. I can select check in all team coding files and select the view and that will check it in. The next thing that happens is I cannot close the Alter View window that is now open. The only way it goes away is to quit Toad.
