Description
Toad for Oracle (TFO) 12.6 does not allow users to update records in tables (the plus + icon is disabled), whereas Toad 11.6 allows the updates. No errors.
Example:
User A owns the table. User B has been granted update rights on one column of that table. User B is the one logged in TFO. In TFO 12.6, the plus + icon is disabled or grayed out; the data grid is in read-only mode, and so users cannot add / delete / update data rows. In TFO 11.6 (on the same machine), this issue does not happen.
