After compiling a Package, Toad freezes or hangs for several minutes.
Description

After compiling a Package, Toad freezes or hangs for several minutes.
Compile a package and then the icon changes to an hourglass timer. A second window shows in the windows task bar. Toad screen is locked and cannot do anything. The Package is not in use and this did not happen before upgrading to Toad 12.9.

WORKAROUND:
None

STATUS:
Issue fixed in version 12.10. The latest version of Toad for Oracle can be downloaded here.
