Does Toad have a detail log report for all SQL statement that ran? (4296781)

I am looking for a way to get some kind of logging report for the sql's I run and commit's that I do from TOAD. For example, the logging report would list the sql statement ran, it's start and end times, and the number of rows returned, and any errors the statements may have generated. Similarly for "committing" I am looking for a report (log, trace, audit, anything) that would list when the commit was done and how many rows were committed and that the commit was successful.
