User installed Toad for Oracle 9.7 or above on a Windows 2000, 2003 terminal server or Windows Vista. When the user launches Toad, they are prompted for the authorization key and site message every time. They are also prompted for initial Toad setup options.
Also, when the user launches Toad, is is creating a new User Files directory each time. By default Toad 9.7 installs user files into C:\Documents and Settings\USER_NAME\Application Data\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle\9.7. But each time they launch Toad it creates a new user files directory in C:\Documents and Settings\USER_NAME\Application Data\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle\9.7 (1), folowed by 9.7 (2), and so on. On Windows Vista, this behavior is found in C:\Users\USER_NAME\AppData\Roaming\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle\9.7
