Description
Using .BAT file to set Toad to use an Instant Client does not work on Toad 10.6.1 (it does not see the Instant Client path). It used to work in Toad 9.7.2.5 and 10.1.1.8.
Example .BAT file settings contents:
set PATH=C:\Oracle_Instant_Client_11.2.0.1;%PATH%
set TNS_ADMIN=C:\Oracle_Instant_Client_11.2.0.1
set NLS_LANG=AMERICAN_AMERICA.WE8MSWIN1252
cd /d C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle 10.6
start Toad.exe
