Access violation occurs after launching Action Console 2nd time
Description

After launching Action Console a second time from the same pane (e.g Object palette) an Access Violation Occurs.
Resolution

WORKAROUND:
Close and restart Toad.
STATUS:
This issue is fixed in Toad for Oracle v9.5.0. The latest version of Toad for Oracle can be downloaded here.
