When trying to format code in the editor in Toad 11, it returns the error:
'[Error] Syntax check (13: 114): ERROR line 14, col 115, ending_line 14, ending_col 121, Found 'DEFAULT', Expecting: string'
The issue occurs on 10.2.0.4, 11.2.0.1 and 11.2.0.3 databases
