Cannot sign in to use Toad for Oracle subscription.
Description

Cannot use Toad for Oracle subscription.
After entering the e-mail and password and clicking on sign-in button the page seems to be refreshed and it appears again with the fields empty.
Resolution

Delete all the cookies related to Quest or Toad
