Error: "Access violation at address 00405EC4 in module 'toad.exe'. Read of address 7273" when sav (4277843)

When loading a previously recorded job and then modifying with a new option. For example:

1. Log into any database
2. Go to Database | Diagnose | DB Healthcheck
3. Select on 1 or some checks (doesn't matter)
4. On the far left corner, click on 'Save/Load Window Snapshot' (camera icon)
5. In the Save/Load WindowSnapshots
a. Leave default Save as Action
b. Leave default App: App1
c. Give a name in the Name: field
d. Click OK
6. Check some other checks
7. Open new session
8. Click on camera icon again and this time use the Load Action and select the nameand OK to load (nothing happens)
9. Add another check
10. Click on the camera icon again
11. Now select Save as Action with the same name and click OK
12. It will prompt 'Overwrite existing Action?' click Yes
