CLOB column display corruption
Description

When viewing content of CLOB column in data-grid, the display is corrupted after a certain point and chinese characters appear. This happens for several different columns, all of which only contain Latin characters (the content of the column is PL/SQL code)

None
SOLUTION
The issue has been fixed in Toad for Oracle version 14.2. The latest version can be downloaded here.
