Sort order incorrect for object lists. The sort is not considering the '_' underscore character. -
Description
The sorting display of object lists in various Toad window differs between versions 12.1 and 12.5 Toad for Oracle. In Toad 12.5 the sort does not seem to put into consideration the '_' underscore character.

Additional Information
This issue can be found in various panels in Toad, i.e. Schema Browser, Object Palette, Database Browser. The Procedures tab, Functions tab and Packages tab in Schema Browser are still correct. The Views tab, Tables tab, Synonyms tab, Triggers tab, Indexes tab, and Sequences tab are all sorting incorrectly.
