Sort order incorrect for object lists. The sort is not considering the '_' underscore character.
Description

The sorting display of object lists in various Toad window differs between versions 12.1 and 12.5 Toad for Oracle. In Toad 12.5 the sort does not seem to put into consideration the '_' underscore character.
