Error: "ORA01406: fetched column value was truncated."
Description

Error received after using the Data Import Wizard to import a table with TIMESTAMP columns:

"ORA-01406: fetched column value was truncated".
Resolution

WORKAROUND:

None.

STATUS:

This issue is fixed in Toad for Oracle 8.6. The latest version of Toad for Oracle can be downloaded at: http://support.quest.com/support_download/Downloads.asp
