Toad frequently hangs or gets access violation in oranl11.dll on connections. -
Description
Clicking on "Connect" in the Connection Manager would the give the following errors most of the time.
1. "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."
2. "Access violation at address 627617B9 in module 'oranl11.dll'. Read of address 00000044."
