Formatter not working when code contains multiline string -
Description
The formatter fails to format any code if the code contains a multiline string with a tab followed by three spaces on one of the lines after the line where the string is opened. Such strings are common when embedding HTML in PL/SQL. I narrowed this down really well but there are weird variations of this that also will kill the formatter. Such as any of the following:
(Replacing the [tab] and [space] with the appropriate characters in the sample code.)BEGIN

[tab][space][space][space]');

BEGIN
if 1=1 then null; end if;

[tab][space]

BEGIN
