When doing a schema comparison, does Toad for Oracle compare users to see do they have the same grants and privileges?

Resolution
Schema Compare does not include grants TO the user because the sync script produced by Schema Compare is intended to be run by that user and a user can't grant things to oneself.
If one wants to compare grants TO a single user, the easiest way to do that is to right-click on the user in the schema browser, choose "Compare with another object". When the dialog window appears, find that same user in another connection.
