Toad 10 overwrites readonly files.

Toad overwrites read only files:

To replicate:

1.Open a file and change it in toad. (do not save yet)
2. Change read-only flag to true (used external source control software to check the file in)
3. Save it in Toad: Toad does not respond. It saves the file, overwrites the read-only file.

The Disk symbol is also grayed out.

Toad 9.7.2 returns, see below:
